Occurs as far north as Genovesa Island. Appears in significant quantities in landings throughout the archipelago (Ref. 11295). Less frequently seen during the 1982-83 El NiƱo (Ref. 9405). Found in Isabela and Fernandina Islands (Ref. 41880). Also Ref. 9227, 5227.
